18th Annual Jefferson County Virtual Farm Tour

September 19th & 20th 2020

The Virtual Farm Tour will be a unique opportunity to engage with members of the farming community online. Professional photographs will visually transport participants to 21 local farm sites, and live online presentations will give people a chance to interact with local farmers. The Virtual Farm Tour will also provide information about buying directly from farmers, and other resources. The Virtual Farm Tour is a free event.

This year’s Virtual Farm Tour is featuring more farms than in years past in part due to the event being virtual; several participating farms are not able to host visitors on their farms but they are excited to share their stories and products with the community! Check out this list of 21 participating farm sites at GetOnTheFarm.Org – hopefully you’ll learn about at least one farm that you have never heard of before! Continue checking the website as it grows leading up to the Virtual Farm Tour, with photos, extended farm profiles, resources, and videos.

Farm Tour is also collaborating with the newly-launched Eat Local First Olympic Peninsula campaign, helping community members support local farms and farmers this month and every month!
